Be a key part of Global Team

You will be based at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, where a total of 25 innovative and skilled colleagues awaits you in our Digital Commercial Platforms team, a part of GN Group IT.

You will join an awesome team of 4 in the Commercial Platforms (Hearing) team focusing on our Salesforce CRM solution. The team consists of Commercial Administrators situated in Denmark, as well as, in the US and Poland. Together, we deliver high quality, user-friendly solutions for our close colleagues in sales, customer service and marketing departments.

What will be your responsibility? 

As our new Scrum Master, you will facilitate and build an agile environment for our Salesforce CRM team. Your focus is ensuring that the team has the right conditions for delivering continuous value, according to the sprint goal and utilization of our agile release process.

You will facilitate daily self-organization to ensure that we have the right sense of ownership, resources, and competences to achieve our goals. Specifically, you will ensure project traction and execution by: 

  • Facilitating Scrum ceremonies to constantly improve the way we work

  • Communicating with team members, product owners, stakeholders, and external partners to make sure everyone is up to date and working in the agreed direction 

  • Making sure the team has the necessary capacities and tools and helping remove any obstacles to the team’s progress

  • Ensuring delivery according to set deadlines, budgets, quality standards, etc. at the end of each sprint

  • Guiding and coaching throughout sprints, facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution along the way

  • Creating dashboards and reporting KPI’s to management on a regular basis

  • Cooperating with product owners and other Scrum Masters in a scaled Scrum setup

  • Assisting the product owners to prioritize the product backlog and to understand and practice agility

  • Make sure we succeed in our ongoing agile transformation

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed

We imagine that your technical software knowledge and keen interest hereof is complimented by your ability to clearly communicate the technical complexities to business executives. You are creative, curious and can collaborate across the organization. You are structured, can keep a high-level overview but still have an eye for details.

In addition, we expect you have:

  • An educational background at a bachelor-, or master level or equivalent

  • Documented experience as a Scrum Master with a strong business mindset and strong stakeholder management abilities

  • A strong understanding of the drivers behind the agile framework, which enables you to optimize how we work and deliver high quality solutions

  • People skills and can coach and motivate the Scrum team to deliver their best

  • A solid understanding of UX principles and business needs and can translate business level requirements into user stories that are easy for the team to deliver against

  • Experience with a CRM system, where it will be advantageous, if you have Salesforce knowledge, but this is not a prerequisite for the position

To be successful in your new role, it is important that you can work from our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, since you will be collaborating closely with your stakeholders on the premises. Work from home is nonetheless possible, you should however, expect to spend most of your time at the office
