The construction industry is currently facing a development leap where the change agent is spelled digitalization. We are currently recruiting IT professionals who thrive on becoming important players in our digital transformation journey, taking construction to new heights through IT.

You will join the Group function "Finance & IT", which leads NCC´s strategic development and major change programs in the business. We are a Nordic organization with 150+ employees working together closely under one common management. Cooperation in- and between units is key for us to deliver value to NCC's business areas, and therefore we have adapted an Agile team-based setup with focus on collaboration, people and efficient delivery and development.

About NCC:

Your role and responsibilities

We are growing and are now looking for an IT Service-/Product Owner with interest and experience in integrations development.

Product Delivery & Operations

To maintain process and integrations solutions in line with the defined strategy and enterprise requirements. Align services with stakeholder needs, expectations, and financial frames. Monitor the product, service levels and performance indicators. Acting as key escalation point for high priority service failures and drive the resolution of issues in line with agreed critical priorities. Ensure annual budget and forecast for the integrations team in scope. Together with the Team Coach, you ensure that you have the needed competences and capacities in the team.

Product Development

Break down long term goals and roadmaps to shorter activities in the product backlog - in a prioritized order. Create development budget proposals based on stakeholder feedback and internal needs. Coordinate with other Product Owners and stakeholders to sort out dependencies between the teams.

Service consumer / business relationship

You represent all stakeholders surrounding the product. Together with the team you decide on the team's execution and support the Team Coach in creating a collaborative environment in line with our culture.

Management of service providers

Manage, drive the planning- and collaboration with suppliers of the Product according to our governance model and defined roadmap.

Your profile

We believe that you have an Academic degree in IT or equivalent working experience and good knowledge of work processes in large companies. You have good knowledge and experience in the integrations area within conception, design and development of interfaces and integration architectures. Also, you are fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, both verbally and written.

The Integrations Team is a newly established team within out IT organization, so therefore we expect you to be able to define, setting the structures and securing the development of the team.

You will be very important for us in our strategic journey, and we think that you have:

  • Several years from leadership positions and managing DevOps-teams

  • Experience of working in ITIL and Agile processes

  • Knowledge and experience in IT sourcing and vendor management

  • Excellent stakeholder management

  • Experience in working with different integration methodologies with focus on Microsoft technologies

Additional information

This position can be in any of our major cities in the Nordics. The position may require travelling, although we do apply a flexible way of working and strive to collaborate digitally as much as possible.

You will report to IT Competence Manager, Anders Blankholm.
