We are looking for a Systems Support team member within our Integrated Operations organization, in our Business Area Wind.
Process Support provides support to a wide range of business processes within service execution and supply chain management, both within daily operation as well as implementation and development projects.
The team is responsible for ensuring the process and system solution is supported and that users are enabled to execute their roles in the systems, mainly SAP PM/MM.
Process Support provides input to Implementation projects for the standardized process and system solution and enables the continuous improvement of the systems used. The team is gathering the business/process needs which are then developed by IT, in close cooperation with business representatives. Once design and development are completed Process Support is responsible for providing end user training and user instructions to the operational teams.
Main purpose of the positions:
Provide daily service minded support for sites having centralized support function within service execution and supply chain processes
The Systems Support is the role that secure that all users know ways of working within maintenance systems provided for operation of the WTG’s. Systems Support deliver support to implementation projects, development projects and to the daily users of the different systems provided for during maintenance.
Being the systems support executor within developments and/or initiatives within BA Wind.
Promote and advise on business process topics and train end users and facilitate full understanding of BA Wind business processes
Define, advise and support sites within O&M in the business requirements, the set up and preparation of the maintenance systems within implementation initiatives
Key responsibilities and mandate:
Manage and act on incoming support tasks via ticketing system
Drive investigation and resolution with ticket requestor and other involved stakeholders
Being the main driver within ongoing O&M activities with systems setup, required configuration, preparations and testing for service execution and supply chain processes
Follow Process Support Governance model and way of working
Execute end user trainings
Develop service execution capabilities alongside process and system development
Develop, in a close cooperation with System Experts, internal processes and tools to improve efficiency in systems support handling
Key deliverables and activities:
Support in the full lifespan within systems and maintenance processes within BA Wind, covering the full life cycle of Wind assets
Provide training and proactive support to end users
Creating/updating implementation documentation such as organizational data, system roles assignments, training plans and end user training materials
Creating/updating test documentation such as test plans, test scripts and perform different kinds of testing
Identify potential issues and recommend solutions to any problems that arise during implementation initiatives
Support and perform in HR personnel and authorization assignments to IT
Execute user acceptance testing within Wind Maintenance Systems applications
Execute end user trainings, as well as in implementation projects and on a regular basis when business requirements arise
Conducting post-implementation support and reviews to measure success and recommend improvements
The Systems Support team member has the mandate to create tickets to IT and communicate updates in the system to end users
As a person you are structured, independent, and result oriented. We are looking for a person who has the ability to simplify complexity yet is flexible enough to find the best way forward. You are a team player who actively engages people by asking, sharing, helping or asking for help. You are also pro-active, transparent, performance and results oriented. Sound communication skills and the ability to travel is a must.
English is mandatory as well as local language for the location you are hired for.
The location for the position is in one of our main locations Stockholm, Amsterdam, Hamburg, London or Kolding.
The group is to be organized internationally, however currently the majority of the employees are located in Sweden.
